RWC is a global community and sisterhood of women wanting to nourish their bodies, minds, and souls. We provide functional medicine lab testing, 1:1 practitioner support, holistic wellness education, spiritual alignment rituals and tools, and a full audio library of meditations and nervous system regulation practices. We also provide opportunity to connect with other women on a similar path. As Rhythm grows, we plan to bring in expert facilitators, have live events and meet-ups, and even retreats around the world to connect face to face.

Your annual subscription starts when we open the doors to Rhythm on January 24th, 2026. The 24th of each month is when we debut the next month’s Rhythm so you have a week+ to prepare for the month ahead. We’ll all be starting off with the February Rhythm together 🤍

Use Note/Melody (Rhythm levels I & II) food & lifestyle practices. We’ll make adjustments case-by-case when it comes to your lab-backed custom protocol - you’ll be able to direct message us in the app to let us know your status! Of course, as always, check with your doctor before starting or changing anything new.
You can still use the club as normal. Following a season-based Rhythm and supporting your mind, body, and spirit throughout these major life phases is undoubtedly one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby. 🤍

Rhythm is spiritually inclusive and welcomes women from all walks of life. We use spiritual language and practices here as a framework (referencing astrology, spirit, moon cycles, rituals, etc), but you absolutely do not need to identify with any particular religion to get the most of your membership.

We support UK/EU/US shipping as of now (if you’re elsewhere email us and we’ll see what we can do!).
You’ll receive a simple at-home kit + instructions and a prepaid return postage. Once you take your (hair) sample, simply drop it in the post.
