When your test kit arrives in the mail (with instructions, don’t worry!), you’ll take a small hair sample, and pop your test kit back in the post. It’s non-invasive, quick, and easy.

Once your lab results are back in (typically 4 weeks later), we craft a foundational, individualised plan based on your lab data and send it over to you.
